Troubleshooting tips you can try if you have troubles logging in

If you're having trouble logging in to your Octet account, here are some things you can try.


Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. Reset or Change Password: If you're unable to log in, consider resetting or changing your Octet password using our Recover Password page. We also provide a step-by-step guide on how to do this.

  2. Clear Browser Cache: If you encounter login problems, clearing your browsing history could help. The method varies depending on your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).

  3. Try a Different Browser: If your current browser is causing issues, attempt to log in from a different one (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) to check if the problem is browser-specific.

  4. Check Spam Folder: If you haven't received your Two-Factor Authentication email after a couple of minutes, examine your Junk Mail or Spam folder. Further information about Two-Factor Authentication can be found in this dedicated article.
