Overview
Octet provides Email/Username and Password as our log in method, paired with Two-Factor Authentication for added security.
Recover Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover your password by:
On our Log In Page click the Recover Password link
Enter in your Email/Username you have registered an Octet Account with
Click Recover Password
You will receive an email with a link to update your password
Please allow some time for the email to arrive in your inbox and check your Spam or Junk Folder. If you still cannot receive the email, please reach out to our Support Staff who's able to assist you.
Set Password
When your account is created from our Team, we will issue an email, allowing you to set your password.
You can set your password by:
Click on Reset Password in your email
You will be redirected to the Set Password page to create your password
Create a secure password, following the specified password criteria, then click Set Password
Once set, you have successfully updated your password and will be redirected back to the Log In page
Change Password
You can change your password by:
Click on your Company Name in the top right corner of our platform
Then, click Account Preferences
Click Password to expand
Then click Change Password
