Recover Password
Press "Login" at the top of our website
You will be redirected to our Login Page
Below the login button, click on "Recover Password"
Enter your username or email, then click "Recover Password"
You will receive an email with a link to update your password
Please allow some time for the email to arrive in your inbox and check your Spam or Junk Folder. If you still cannot receive the email, please reach out to our Support Staff who's able to assist you.
Set Password
Click on "Reset Password" in your email
You will be directed to the "Set Password" page to create your password
Create a secure password following the specified criteria, then press "Set Password"
By successfully completing these steps, you will have successfully updated your password and will be redirected to the Login Page.
